Payment & refunds

  1. Any work done, has to be paid first.

  2. Payment is only accepted by the specified methods. any other is not.

  3. Every client has to give a advance of the X% in function of the total artwork price, before start the sketch, usually; a fraction of this one. Example: “Sketch, lineart = 50%/50%” ”Sketch, lineart, flat-colors, full-colors = 25%/75%”.

    1. If the client hasn’t the full payment yet, the artwork can be done conditionate by the T.O.S term “Process & review; 3” in function of the actual phase. this just being available to old clients, that has already paid a significant part of, and at artist’s discretion.
    2. If any case; the client has already pay the corresponding price and is happy with the already done sketch, lineart, etc., even if the artwork is not finished yet, this is free to end the service and give use to it subject to the terms “Fair use / Copyrights” without any inconvenience.

  4. Depending of the draw type or character type, the prices may change and can be negotiable. Example:

    If the main focus is the background, the Character prices can be discounted up to 50% or 75% (related by scale/size). But the background’s price can be raised up to 50% or 150%, in function to the level of detail or complexity of this.

  5. The client’s has the right of request a refund as long the drawing process hasn’t passed the 25% of total progress.

  6. The artist has to give always a estimated date of advance or finalization, if any inconvenience happens, this has to be notified to the client to request or inform a delay, otherwise, if a delay can't be granted, there isn't any advance or communication over a moth, and term 5 has been unfiled, a full-refund will be granted. Otherwise, a partial-refund in function of the already done job before delay.

  7. Once the artwork is already finish, a full resized archive has PNG and JPG will be granted, any other archive such the work’s editable document requires a negotiable monetary advance.

Process & review

  1. Any artwork’s phase has to be review and aprobed by client, before advance the next one.

  2. The client can always request changes as long is related to the artwork’s actually phase. Otherwise, only small changes are accepted or charged by complexity. Example:

    If the client is in Sketch/lineart phase; This can request changes related to the main idea, poses and etc. If the client is in the Colors phase; This can request changes related to colors, tones, etc. But not related to changing poses or expressions.

  3. If the client has not already paid the full artwork price after the sketch, advances by the artist can be given but a conditional watermark over the artwork will be. this until the full price is already paid.

    1. If there's not monetary advances by client side before start a artworks new phase, the artist has the right of stop the progress until a new one.

Fair use / Copyrights.

  1. The client has all right over the artwork as long is being to personal use and gives appropriate credit to the artist when is requested. Personal use can be interpreted as; reference, usage as PFP / Banner, posting in social networks, use as rol character, etc.
  2. The client has no permit of resell, make profit (Term 4) or modified the solicitated artwork without notified the artist.
    1. Only the “edit” type modifications, such as filters, effects, color changes, etc. are permit without notifications. any other type of change that modified the composition in significative ways has to be informed.
    2. Modifications that affect the artwork’s integrity in ways that can damage the artist image aren't not allowed.
    3. Any major modification over the original composition has to be advised to anyone that is shown.
  3. The artist has the right to publish any artwork done in his personal media as long got permission of the client, this one can be source as a public or anonymous mention.
  4. If the artwork is done for enterprise or profit intentions; the artist has the right of negotiate the artwork’s price in function of level of profit or request royalties in function of use.

Service general terms.

  1. Client’s bad behavior can cause and negation or suspension of the service.
  2. The client must be older of 18 to request suggestive or NSFW artworks, otherwise, the service will be not granted.
